Deputy CM Inquires about Leelavathi’s Well-being
Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar paid a visit to the residence of veteran actress Leelavathi to inquire about her health amid her ongoing battle with age-related ailments.
The 86-year-old actress, known for her contributions to the film industry, has been experiencing a decline in health. During his visit, Shivakumar not only expressed his concern for Leelavathi’s well-being but also took part in the inauguration of a veterinary hospital in Soladevanahalli, Nelamangala taluk, initiated by the actress.
The deputy chief minister took the opportunity to engage with Leelavathi’s family, including her son Vinod Raj, during the visit. This gesture reflects a broader trend, as several other prominent figures from the entertainment industry, such as Darshan, Arjun Sarja, Abhishek Ambareesh, Shivarajkumar, and Geeta Shivarajkumar, have also visited the veteran actress to inquire about her health and offer support during this challenging time.
